With the horses wormed up this is a great opportunity to visit the one and only Ham Polo Club to enjoy some fast fun and friendly 2 goal polo. Visiting and home teams will compete to win the enormous goal cup!

THE HAM LADIES tournament
(12-16 goal)
1st - 3rd June 2024
Each team playing on ladies’ handicap. The tournament is a new addition to the fixtures and Ham is pleased to support the fast growing ladies polo season. An enjoyable tournament to watch with the Ham team and outside club teams competing over a week of games.

The Petersham Bowl

The 2 goal continues with the Petersham Bowl, another favourite of the regular teams at Ham. Not just great polo to play in but finals day is often one of the most busy spectator days at the club making for a fantastic atmosphere to be involved in.

The Summer Tournament

23rd- 30th June 2024
The level is raised to 4 goal for the summer tournament and higher numbers of entries are expected meaning more league games. Visiting teams are welcome to enter and this is a great opportunity to experience playing at one of the best and most exciting polo clubs in the UK.

Janet Schrager Tournament

Taking place in the height of the season, its an unmissable week of polo at Ham and a huge finals day with plenty of champagne and music in the clubhouse after the final bell!

Argentine Club Cup Tournament
(2-4 goal)
28th July-4th august 2024
Another club favourite with a higher handicap of 4 goals. Held in the height of the mid-summer. This makes for an exciting final with close competition between the teams. Visitors form the Argentine Club and the Argentine Embassy will present the trophy to the winning team.

the Roehampton Cup
(4-6 goal, Victor Ludorum)
17th - 25th August 2024
The premier tournament at Ham Polo Club, one of the oldest polo trophies in the UK and a huge achievement to win. The Roehampton Cup is also part of the national Victor Ludorum circuit attracting some of the top 6 goal teams from across the country to compete. Expect some of the most exciting polo of the season. League games are played at Black Bears polo grounds in Henley and finals are held at Ham in front of a huge crowd.

Billy Walsh Tournament

The tournament season’s finale at Ham is the Billy Walsh. The competitions fun spirit reflects the enjoyment Billy Walsh brought to the game for the many years he worked for the club. Many teams return year after year to play in this tournament making it one of the best of the summer and a great way to round off the season.
