The Clubhouse welcomes everyone to join us for brunch from May to September. Advance booking is essential via our link. Saturday mornings offer a lively atmosphere, as our players take to the field for practice ahead of their Sunday matches, providing plenty of opportunity to watch the horses in action.

Sundays

(May to September)

On Sundays, the Clubhouse offers Members and their guests the perfect setting to enjoy a lunch alongside a well-stocked bar. From the Clubhouse and the adjacent area, Members can take in the day's polo matches and enjoy.

Membership provides exceptional value, granting access to the Clubhouse and its facilities throughout the Season. Members can book their table here.

A Day Pass is available to the general public with a lunch booking only and can be purchased via the Eventbrite. Please note that on particularly popular dates, Day Passes may not be available.

Event Hire

(Available Year-Round)

The Clubhouse is available for exclusive private hire throughout the year, offering a unique setting for special occasions, corporate gatherings, and private events. For more details, please visit the Event Hire section of our website.

The Clubhouse is a space for Members to enjoy in an atmosphere of camaraderie and respect. To preserve the traditions and character of our club, we kindly ask all Members and their guests to observe the following guideline:

Rules & Regulations

Dress Code

General Guidelines:

  • Jackets, blazers, and structured trousers are encouraged.

  • Shorts, when worn, must be tailored and neatly pressed. No cargo, drawstring, or athletic styles.

  • No jeans of any kind. This includes denim in any wash, colour, or cut.

  • Player’s whites are permitted.

  • No sportswear, including hoodies, sweatpants, trainers, or athletic leggings.

  • Clothing must be in good condition—no rips, tears, frayed hems, or excessive distressing.

  • Footwear should be appropriate. Leather shoes, loafers, and boots are preferred. Sneakers are not permitted without reason.

For Gentlemen:

  • A collared shirt of some kind is required at all times such as polo shirts, button downs, etc.

  • Tailored trousers or well-fitted chinos are expected. No overly casual styles.

  • Blazers and sports coats are encouraged.

For Ladies:

  • Dresses, skirts, or tailored trousers are expected.

Membership & Identification

  • Members must wear their badges at all times while on the premises to prevent unnecessary interruptions for verification.

  • Guests must be signed in upon arrival. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests adhere to the Club’s rules and standards.

  • The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual not complying with the dress code or Club rules.

Reservations & Dining Etiquette

  • Members and day pass holders must reserve their table via the following link: [HERE].

  • Reserved tables will be held for 30 minutes beyond the booking time. After this period, they may be released to waiting Members .

  • Specific table locations are not guaranteed but we try to accommodate where and whenever possible. The Club operates a fairness policy, ensuring all Members have equal opportunity to enjoy preferred locations.

  • Mobile phones should be kept on silent, and calls are discouraged within dining areas. If necessary, please step aside for phone calls.

Dogs

  • We warmly welcome dogs but kindly ask owners to follow these guidelines:

    • Dogs must be on a short lead at all times within the Clubhouse and Club Grounds.

    • Owners must ensure they clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste responsibly.

    • Water and food for dogs should only be provided outside the Clubhouse to prevent spills and trip hazards.

    • Excessively barking or disruptive dogs should be taken outside to avoid disturbance to other Members and horses.

Picnicking & Outdoor Areas

  • Members and guests enjoying a picnic on either side of the field must remain behind the access road at all times.

  • No one is permitted on the grass area behind the boards for their own safety and that of the horses.

  • Please dispose of all rubbish responsibly and keep the Club’s grounds tidy.

Parking & Vehicle Etiquette

  • Members and guests are requested to park neatly and orderly, ensuring their vehicles are aligned properly within designated spaces.

  • Please be mindful of other members and avoid blocking access roads or pathways.

  • Be mindful of people, horses, and other vehicles on the Club grounds at all times by following the posted speed limit of 5 MPH.

  • Members must ensure their guests are aware of and adhere to the Club’s rules at all times.
